Element AVITI System
Overview
Element Biosciences AVITITM System is an innovative benchtop sequencer offering an unrivaled combination of performance, cost, and flexibility. This out-of-the-box, plug-and-run system is compatible with most standard NGS libraries in the market provides a straightforward access point to in-house sequencing while integrated.
The system has a twin flow cell design and individually addressable lanes, allowing the flexibility for operating two separate sequencing runs in one system. Flexible throughput ranging from 100 million reads to 1 billions reads of output per flow cell and a range if read lengths ranging from 2x75 cycles up to 2x300 cycles per flow cell.
There are two models of AVITI. One is the AVITI LT for Low and Medium Throughput flow cells. It is upgradeable to the full AVITI which can run ALL flow cells (Low, Medium and High Throughput).

Cloudbreak sequencing kits provide the reagents and flow cell for a run on the Element AVITI™ System. Multiple read lengths and output options scale experiments to suit any application. Leveraging avidite base chemistry (ABC), Cloudbreak kits deliver high-quality data with low costs and rapid turnaround times.
The Cloudbreak Freestyle™ kit makes operating the AVITI system even easier. Directly compatible with most third-party libraries, Cloudbreak Freestyle kits eliminate the library conversion step, saving valuable preparation time.
Cloudbreak UltraQ™ kits
Cloudbreak UltraQ™ kits provide enhanced sequencing accuracy for contexts where precision matters most. Cloudbreak UltraQ uses multiple strategies to reduce the most common error types to provide the firmest possible foundation for the development of highly sensitive assays.

Element’s proprietary avidite base chemistry (ABC) enables exceptional accuracy (>90% >Q30) and reduced reagent consumption, delivering higher quality data and more cost-effective sequencing options compared to other sequencing systems.
- Our patented low-binding surface chemistry drives high accuracy even at high polony densities.
- Rolling circle amplification eliminates PCR error propagation and limits AT/GC bias,
- Dye-labelled avidites covered in nucleotides bind to multiple polymerase complexes. Ultra-stable complexes enable far lower reagent concentrations and costs.
