Spectral Shift
Mix a Nanotemper RED fluorescent label with your collected lysate containing the protein of interest. The labeling kits offer a variety of options, including His-tag and Biotinylated site-selective strategies. Once your protein is labeled, it is subjected to a thermal ramp, during which the fluorescent properties are monitored to detect protein unfolding and expression levels.
