Description:
Blue Lightening Stain is a ready-to-use G-250 Coomassie stain for the visualization of protein bands in SDS-PAGE and 2-D gels. Blue Lightening is a unique formulation without the noxious odor of acetic acid, does not require acid/alcohol fixation, destaining solutions and is completely non-hazardous. Using Blue Lightening is simple, fast and sensitive with complete staining as short as 20 minutes.

• Blue lightening and water are the only reagents required.
• Detects as low as 7 ng protein.

Storage:
The stain is stable for 1 year when properly stored at room temperature.

Use 5-10µl per lane.
